James Welsh, Chief Technology Officer

As CTO, James and our development team are helping Common Passion to turn studies into solutions. Currently, we are creating our Coherence Feedback Monitor, which will allow us to watch and learn as organic technology and web technology converge to educate and empower humanity in creating a coherent presence.
When asked how it was possible for web technology and social harmony to collaborate, James replied, "In my work and meditations I have witnessed a rising base potential of human consciousness. I am also seeing amazing new developments in the way humans share consciousness through the web. Web technology helps bridge the gaps in human awareness and strengthen our conscious coherence.”
James began his technical career in the Marine Corps, where his enthusiasm and dedication led him from there to a position with the US DoD Space Program. During his tenure at the US DoD Space Program, James developed six different applications for the MCOM project, including real-time network response systems as well as performing mission critical training for new systems. As a former Marine with a ‘Secret Clearance,’ James was then hired by Lockheed Martin where he furthered his skills in project management, training, and technology, while beginning his study of eastern philosophy, meditation, and yoga. Though he did not realize it at the time, James’ ability to step back and ‘see the big picture’ in environments mired in minute technical details, was preparing him for a future in consciousness and coherence technology development.
James has dedicated his life to evolving his technical capabilities in unity with mind-body education. His experience in the areas of public speaking, intercultural communications, eastern philosophy, massage therapy, yoga and meditation practices enhance his community contribution as a global community activist, wellness practitioner, and founder of Whole Being Health (WBH).
The WBH project implements Self-Assessment technology where individuals can track their progress within the dimensions of wellness (physical, emotional, spiritual, social, creative, experiential and environmental) and empower themselves to lead fuller, healthier lives. James' technology company, Conscious Web Solutions, creates, maintains, and advises projects that focus on raising human consciousness through online communications and technology.
