To help navigate the challenges of modern living, Common Passion members who are healers and practitioners will be offering the Common Passion community free healing sessions in a day-long "Spa for the Soul" scheduled monthly. Each Day Spa program will have 6 to 10 practitioners offering one-hour remote group healing sessions to those who attend via the free live and recorded Tele-Webcasts. Conscious Convergence…A Wave of Unity: Welcoming the Birth of a New World. Now though July 17/18 2010 and beyond. This program is for those that will set the intention to co-create unity consciousness in the Ninth Wave of the Mayan calendar system. This program is open to all wisdom and faith traditions. We will have global Tele-Webcasts with fascinating discussions and presentations by respected scholars, healers and scientists. We will also feature regular global meditations connecting us in heart and mind as we journey together co-creating and manifesting unity consciousness. In May 2009 a major emanation from the Hunab-Ku, an unfathomably large intelligence in the center of the universe according to Mayan Cosmology, will inform a magnificent birth of cosmic proportions. This epoch period, the Mid-Point of the Sixth Day of the Galactic Underworld, gives humanity an unprecedented opportunity to cooperate with the forces of evolution to fulfill our individual and collective purposes, and to create a sustainable world of harmony, abundance and balance with Nature. This forum discusses what we can do personally and collectively to consciously participate in it.

A live event hosted by World Puja Network and a host of global visionaries. The main event will be in Ashland, Oregon; the world program will be hosted by CommonPassion, World Puja Network and their global collaborators.

A series of events by a group referred to as "the Sevens" hosts a powerful intention program based on sacred geometry called the Eden Event. These have been held since 2003. This group in now collabroating with CommonPassion to take their event from 220 participants to a worlcdwide audeince of 144,000 by June 21, 2008. Post ideas, suggestions and discuss ways that we can measure the effects of our community and global meditation-prayer-celebration events. These effects will be in terms of improving social harmony (less crime, improved quality of life), improvement in economic indicators (increased socially responsible investing, decrease in poverty), and diminishment of environmental issues (drop in pollution, increase in wetlands). Ideal metrics are real-time data streams such as emergency calls to police, online financial transaction data, real-time environmental reports, etc. It is very helpful if contributors can do at least initial research on the viability of the ideas, and provide links and other sources so that discussion threads can be productive.

The GCP is an international collaboration using scientific tools to look for structure in random data during major global events. We find weak but meaningful correlations during great organized meditations, celebrations like New Years, tragic events like big earthquakes, and terrorist attacks like 9/11. The linkage with shared periods of deep human engagement is consistent with the idea of a growing global consciousness. The GCP is designed to be a background monitoring system, and not a target for focused efforts to affect the data. Thus, we want to be aware of major events that might affect it and manifest or represent "global consciousness." This forum is for announcing and collating big events, and learning what defines the deep, global engagement that creates GCP effects.

The project is unusual and outside the experience of many people, including those with a good education in science, and hence it generates skeptical comments. We believe informed skepticism is an essential part of scientific research. This forum is for discussion of skeptical views.

This forum is for people who would like to help make things happen for the GCP. Volunteers need to be be self-starters, working on something they find important. The forum is also for people to find others to work with, to do something they agree is worthwhile.
